Memo No.791/CS.I-CCS/2021 Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies (CS.I-CCS) Dept., Dated:-10.04.2021 3. Lr.No.88/PS1/2021 of the Director, School Education dated 05.06.2021 ORDER: As per the orders of the Government, the Director, School Education Department have requested to make allocation of Sanna Biyyam (Rice)@ 25 kg per person to 204734 Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Recognized Private Schools respectively for the month of June,2021. The request of the Director, School Education Department is considered and the allocation is made as per the scale viz., 25 Kgs to 204734 staff and this entitlement is enabled in the FP Shops wise data allocation. The ROs also generated basing on the Scale mentioned above duly adjusting the Closing balances of Sanna Biyyam available with FP Shop dealers. The District wise allocation of Rice generated is enclosed herewith and also available in https://epos.telangana.gov.in/ePoS. The VC&MD, TSCSCL, Hyderabad is requested to make all necessary arrangements to position the stock from the MLS point to the FP shops as per the R.Os immediately for commencing the distribution from 21% June, 2021 onwards. The DMs may also be instructed to give utmost priority to this item of work by engaging required vehicles to ensure that the positioning of stocks at the F P Shops at the earliest, so as to complete the distribution by 25" June, 2021, as per the timelines fixed by Government. The Director and Commissioner, School Education Department is requested to issue suitable instructions to the field level functionaries in this regard for involving and monitoring the entire process duly providing necessary guidance to the staff for getting their entitled food grains without any hardship. The CRO, Hyderabad and all the Collectors (CS) are requested to issue suitable instructions to all the flied level functionaries to ensure that the Positioning of stocks are made immediately, the FP Shop dealers lift the stocks immediately and distribute as per the scale enabled to each staff member without causing any hardship to any staff. They should also be instructed to have a close vigil on the distribution pattern to ensure proper distribution without giving any room for complaints. The following further instructions are issued for strict compliance: a. The food grains are perfect both in quantity and quality, to be delivered at the scale fixed. b. No mis-utilization of food grains takes place. c. Covid-19 measures: To observe the physical distance at F P Shops. To ensure that without mask no one should be provided food grains iii, Sanitization such as by providing water and soap / sanitizers. iv. Usage of IRIS and OTP should be followed without using Bio- Metrics. The FP Shop dealers may be instructed to use the provision given in ePoS for distribution of rice to the teaching and Non-teaching staff by using Aadhaar number of the beneficiary for issue of entitlement. Any leftover quantities of Sanna Biyyam available as undistributed in the F P Shops to be maintained as closing balance with quality parameters by taking all precautions till further orders. No stocks should be misused/ diverted / spoiled/damaged. Any slackness in this regard will be viewed seriously. The random surprise checks should be done through the District / Division / Mandal level officers duly involving the officials of School Education Department to ensure proper distribution takes place to the staff as per the data without any deviation. All the above officers are requested to follow the above instructions scrupulously to complete the distribution Sd/- V.
