Brief the new joiner about the organization, Org.Chart, and the overall business.
Organization
Discuss the mission, Vision, and organizational chart of the department.
Provide general information about Accreditation Process (Re-contracting, Re-licensing)
General Requirements Explain the roles and responsibility of the employee during disasters or emergencies.
Provide general information related to staff workplace hazards and safety.

Introduce the new joiner to the team and co-workers explaining the functions of

devices if required.
