Pearson My Lab Management Only comprehensive writing assignment for this chapter.

Answer

Quality of ideal leader:

1. Honesty:
One of the leadership qualities that define great leaders is honesty. When you are
responsible for a team of people, being honest is important. Your company and its
employees reflect who you are, and when you value honest and ethical conduct, your
team will follow suit.

2. Delegate:
Always remember that you can't do everything yourself, regardless of your current
situation and location. Good leaders know that delegation does more than just provide
work to others. Trust and faith that staff can handle a given task.

3. Communication:
Communication is the key to success. Without clear communication, employees will have
difficulty understanding their mission, goals and vision.

4. Confidence:
Another quality of leadership is self-confidence. Admit. There may be days when the
future of your brand is blurred or your monthly sales are uncertain. All businesses and
businesses have previously experienced such problems. So it's not new.

5. Commitment:
It does not indicate a willingness to get hands dirty with other employees. There is no
great motivation to see their leaders working alongside others. By demonstrating your
dedication to the company, especially the team, you not only earn the respect of the team,
but also instill the same hard-working will into your employees.

6. Positive Attitude:
You want to keep your team motivated and maintain your energy levels for the continued
success of your company. Whether that means meals, coffee, relationship advice, or an
occasional beer at the office, don't forget that your teammates are people. Let's strike a
balance between productivity and playfulness and maintain the office atmosphere.
