Congratulations!
Your application has been received and found acceptable for Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Genetics and
Bioengineering for Fall 2021 upon the fulfillment of the below conditions.
This letter is conditional and CANNOT be used for visa purposes!
The documents required for registration shall be apostilled by related government authorities and translated if they are not in
Turkish or English.

1. Original High School Diploma or Certification

2. Diploma equivalency certificate (issued by Provincial Department of National Education of Turkey)
3. The original copy of the transcript
4. Original Passport and an official ID
5. Proof of Payment (The bank receipt of the tuition fee payment.)
6. Financial security showing the financial opportunities for the student to pursue the higher education in our country regarding
the student's adequacy.
7. The original copy of language proficiency certificate during the application if available.

The final registration of the applicants who do not submit their "certificate of equivalency" will not be completed.

An original acceptance letter will be provided as soon as the below requirements are completed:

The receipt of advanced tuition payment! Please note that payment is only refundable if applicant’s visa application is rejected.
Otherwise the advanced tuition payment is non refundable. The advanced tuition payment fee will be deducted from the total
tuition payment at the time of registration.
The applicant is required to share the final High School Diploma meeting the minimum application requirements. Final/Original
High School Leaving Certificate and transcripts will be required for final acceptance/registration.
For GCE A level students: A minimum 2 A Level subjects with grades of D and above will be required. Otherwise,
acceptance/registration will not be possible. An acceptance letter will be provided upon submission of original Advanced Level
results.

The due date for advanced tuition payment will be 30.06.2021

. Pre-Acceptance Letters will not be valid for applicants who do
not complete payment as of the above mentioned date.

In order to identify the payment please make sure that application number and the name of the student is mentioned on the fund
transfer documents.
