1. Price:
The prices quoted are strictly as per our prevailing price list. However, prices ruling on the date of delivery will be charged.

2. GST:

18% GST is applicable. In case of any revision in prices in any Govt. Taxes (i.e. Excise, Vat & Octroi or any other introduced by Govt during the
course), the same would be effective from the day of revision to both parties.

3. Delivery
The material will be supplied only through our authorised dealer within 20-25 days from the date of receipt of your purchase order. The scope of
Unloading of Sanitary Ware material at site would be with you and you must bear the charges, if any, for the same.

4. Payment
100% payment with the purchase order/proforma invoice.

5. Validity
This offer is special customized offer, specifically designed for you as a package and is valid till further change in prices.

6. Force Majeure
Buyers shall not be entitled to take any objection or make any claim if the manufacture or supply of shipment or delivery of the goods be
prevented or hindered or delayed by any shortages of raw materials, strike, accident at work, disorganisation of labour or transport, civil
commotion, embargo, restrain of Govt., fraud, fire, storm, flood, earthquakes, Force Majeure, act of God, etc.

Any purchase order released giving reference to this quotation will automatically imply that all clauses as mentioned in this quotation are
acceptable to you in to and will be applicable as a part of the contract between us. Please note that any deviation will have to be confirmed by
us in writing as a token of acceptance on our part.
