(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter dated March 30, 2021
and June 22, 2021 w.r.t. closure of Trading Window for declaration of Audited Financial Results for the
financial year ended March 31, 2021, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for dealing in
securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all Directors / KMPs / Designated
Employees / Connected Persons till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for
the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

Accordingly, all Directors / KMPs / Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company have
been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of
Trading Window.
