Hurley hereby enacts as follows:

Henceforth, fireworks will only be permitted past 8:00 PM at the planned Six Flags Location, and on the Fourth of July. A curfew will be instituted

for those under 18 at 10:00 PM during the week, and 12:00 AM during the weekend.

Section 2: Any person violating Section 1 of this ordinance shall be guilty of a
