REQUEST FOR CORRECTION ON TRANSCRIPT

I am Akanmu Peace Omoshalewa, a 100 level student of the Department of Economics,

with the matriculation number 221030. I am writing this letter requesting for an immediate
correction regarding an error that was made on my transcript.

I received my transcript recently and I discovered that a wrong score was recorded in my
transcript for my ECO 111 course (Mathematical Approach to Economics). My total score in
the course was 85 but 65 was recorded in the transcript. I am requesting for this correction
because it is a difference of 20 marks which would cause a major drop in my grade. The
session is about to end and in order to avoid a mix-up in the next session, I am humbly asking
for an urgent and immediate correction of the transcript.
