Greetings of peace!

The San Aquilino Elementary School commits itself in providing excellent service to its
clientele, thus the need for continuous pursue of professional and personal development. The
School Learning Action Cell prepared is a series of training that will serve as the manifesto of
teachers in the transition to digital learning that the education system is in trend these days.

The previous session will tackle the basic ICT skills and integration that will be useful in the
teaching and learning process. For this session, the teachers will be able to familiarize their
selves with the various platforms they could utilize for digital learning and how to calibrate
them.

With this, we are seeking the approval of your good office to let us conduct a 5-day School
Learning Action Cell from July 5 – 9, 2021. Rest assured that IATF protocols will be strictly
implemented.

To: All Teachers of San Aquilino Elementary School

1. In line with the technological trends and advancement in educational system and the
inspiration for effective performance of teachers and school, the San Aquilino
Elementary School (SAES), will be holding a five (5) day School Learning Action Cell
entitled: “Digital Learning Primer: Communication” for regular/ permanent teachers
and teacher applicants on May 31 – June 4, 2021 at San Aquilino Elementary School.
This training aims to:
a. Enhance teachers’ knowledge on the preparation of support instructional
materials with ICT integration
b. Familiarize the teachers with various communication channels and platforms
they could use for instructional delivery
c. Reinforcement of DO 35 s. 2016, DM 20 s. 2021
d. Demonstrate skills and competence through demonstration teaching

2. The following are the participants in this training

a. School Head of San Aquilino Elementary School
b. All teachers of San Aquilino Elementary school
c. Teacher Applicants and Volunteer Teachers

3. Participants in this training are required to bring the following:

a. Laptop, extension wire, conference notebook, cartolina, manila paper, scotch
tape, pentel pen and
b. colored paper.

4. No registration shall be collected from the participant. The meals/snacks shall be

charged against school’s MOOE subject usual accounting in auditing, rules and
regulations. Each participant should observe the official time.

5. Monica c. Fajutnao, a Teacher II, is hereby assigned to submit the written report on the
conduct of activities of the SLAC which will be submitted to the office of the principal
not later than July 13, 2021.

6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is highly desired.
