2. USP of their business (not more than 100-150 words)

Unique selling proposition (USP) of Rebel food is different from another business model,
they failed several times because of introducing product at wrong time but they always
come with the new idea. Their product like oven story, fassos, biryani is main USP.

“Barman shares the success mantra: You make abnormal returns only when you do
something abnormal” making experiments with the brand was worst thing which he has
Experienced, fassos was knows for rolls but he tried to associate with pizza but consumer
didn’t associate with the same. Food business known for one item like McDonald’s is for
burger, Starbucks is for coffee, and Domino’s is for pizza. “Faasos has to stand for only one
thing,”
Fassos effective move was closing all the store and opening cloud kitchens has changed
the game of rebel food also this is the great USP of rebel food, they started thinking on
low investment high return, they adopted technology-led food company which was great
turn for fassos. It will increase the customer satisfaction.
Fassos also adopted franchisee model to expand their business it was great USP for rebel
food.

3. Recommend next course of action for Rebel Foods to grow (new launch, expansion etc.)
My recommendation for the next move to rebel food would be start some new product
which is familiar and affordable to the customer, adopting innovation is good but some
customer need food like home, these things should be come on light. Pani puri should be
launched because this is always in demand, small outlet nearby schools, college,
university should be open, it would generate extra revenue etc.

4. Biggest learning from the article?

“You make abnormal returns only when you do something abnormal”
Biggest learning from rebel food is that do not make hasty decision, every company known for
His particular brand. Jaydeep Burman tried to positioned new product thinking that every
product will run as fassos roll. Second mistake was opening of unwanted store for single
product was big failure. We should segment the product according to the customer and
We should understand the need of customer which rebel food was done on 100 people It was
really effective then he decided to launched four variants of pizza.
Another big learning is innovation, we should be innovative on our service adopting new
technology, which attract the customer should be on light. Every mistake gives you some
learning, rebel food done so many mistakes and suffered losses but still they survived and
Expanding their business.
At the beginning,” Jaydeep Burman went to France for his MBA. his intension was not to start
fassos luckily his business went up then they make plan to make it brand”.
We learned that we should have backup plan always, we should not focus on different thing
also. If one plan will not run than move to the next plan. Making mistakes is part of life, learn
from it and move on, rebel food had done several mistakes but still they survive, they didn’t
close the business instead they came up with cloud kitchen. We should not run from the
challenges; we should try to overcome it. Come up with new innovative idea, never rush
We should have potential to face challenges and make right decision at right time,
We should always think about benefits to the customer not to earn money.
“If you try, you may get failed. If you fail, the next chapter of failure is success.”
