First thing to do in having a business is to get our business permit. This will be
one of our proofs that we are trustworthy and our products are safe. In our country,
we have tax policies that need to follow. As a business owner we must follow this
policy and pay all the taxes that are named to our company. -If we decided to hire
employees that can help us to manage and take care of our business, we should pay
them the right wage that they deserve.

It determines the health of each individual inside our company. It includes
employment, education, and income. First thing about our employment is that, they
are the ones doing such work for a living. Their status and particular occupation has a
large impact on their health, like if they are physically active, they can do their work
on time.
In Education, employees should have a background about it. It will include the
knowledge of each workers inside our company, which they can use during or on
before working hours.
Lastly, the Income. We, as owners of the business, we must give our workers the
right amount of salary they needed, in order for them to work properly and make
efforts for the success of our business. It includes here the wants and needs of the
costumers. We all know that the interest of the costumers are not permanent, there
are times that they want that thing and sometimes they don’t. It also includes here the

Before receiving the raw materials, the person assigned needed to consider the
quality of the product and check if none of it are defective. The raw materials ordered
and the ones received should be accurate, so the comparison between the order and
receipt is needed.
The finished products that would came from the house of our leader, Jomar Bacani
and will be transferred by Christine would be stored in the refrigerator of one of our
co-member, Ronaliza Deo. The inventory of the products would be also done there,
and we will wait until the product is perfectly chilled before selling it to our customers.
The finished products would be distributed to all the members and they are personally
the ones who will distribute the products to the customers. The basis of distribution
would be the purchase order from the customers itself.
