Administrative Approval of the competent authority is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs. 20.00000
Lakhs (Rupees Twenty Lakh only) towards the implementation of the scheme / project subject to
observance of the following conditions:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All the procedures laid down at Assam Financial Rules, Condition and Codal provisions of AFRBM Act 2005
and CVC guidelines is to be strictly followed invariably.
2. Work to be completed within the estimated cost in all respect without involving cost andtime over run.
3. Works must be completed within the stipulated time of Administrative Approval. No further escalation of the
estimate cost will be allowed.
4. Physical Progress Report(PPR) to be submitted in due course
5. Technical Sanction (TS) to be accorded from the competent Technical Authority before execution of the work
6. Schemes or any part (s) thereof should not be taken up/proposed to be taken up under any other schemes
like State Plan, NLCPR, SCA, CM's Special Package, ACA, FMP, NABARD, MPLAD, MLALAD etc.
7. The Administrative Approval is issued as per Finance (Estt-B) Department vide Notification
No.FEB.97/2013/20 dtd. 25th October,2019.
8. The expenditure shall be limited to the budget provision for the year 2019-20.
9. There should not be any change in scheme. Diversion of fund from one scheme to another will not be
entertained under any circumstance
10. Submission of utilization certificate and audited statement of expenditure to be submitted in due course( for
GIA)
11. All other general conditions of financial propriety
