Resolved that a Current Account of the Company be opened with Central Bank of India
Moradpur Branch, Patna with operational authorities as under:

Resolved further that either Mr. Sintu Kumar or Mr. Amrit Chand Kumar is hereby authorised to

Resolved further that the said Bank be and is hereby authorised to pay and honour all cheques,
bills of exchange, promissory notes and instructions accepted or made for and on behalf of the
company provided these are signed by either of the aforesaid signatory in the manner mentioned
herein above and to act upon any instructions so given relating to the account (s) of the company
whether the same be overdrawn or not.

Resolved further that a copy of this resolution be lodged with the Bank under the hand of any
Director.
