INTRODUCTION

First and foremost, this proposal consist of activities planned and report for the whole week
starting from 14th June – 18th June 2021. This programme provides the opportunities to all of
PROTEGE KWSP Trainee Team A to experience the joyfulness of activities and at the same time
enabling us to communicate well which can further curtail the gap and strengthening our team
bonding. This event may seem like any ordinary event but we have our own aims and goals in the
quest of reaching the hearts of the team.

We plan to conduct a activities that focuses on gathering the team bonding of PROTEGE KWSP
Trainee Team A, sharpening our knowledge on behalf KWSP organizations and also improving us in
becoming a high performance team. This programme consists of four days activities.

Guess Gibberish

Introduction :
Guess the Gibberish also known as Mad Gab is a word game of gibberish word with different levels
Take the challenge of the word game of the year 2020, inspired by the famous Guess the Gibberish
challenge filter
Gibberish refers to as the nonsense words sometime, also the baby language. it has words that are
made up but when spoken sound similar to a real word

Objective :
1. To convey meaning in a scene or scenario without the use of words
2. Using specific words/sounds could be done in conjunction with open-ended gibberish and allowing
of the participant to do the level that they are comfortable.

Webinar : Communication and Networking Skills

Introduction :
Communication is an action performed by everyone on a daily basis. We communicate in order to
convey our message to the next party. However, not all types of communications are effective.
Hence in this webinar, audience will be guided on what is effective communication all about and how
crucial networking skills at workplace.

Objective :
1. To inform the participants how effective communication takes place
2. To assist the participants on the vital of networking skills

Typing Speed Race

Introduction :
The Typing Speed Race is a great way to encourage friendly competition with remote teams. We can
make the experience more collaborative by doing a Typing Speed Relay, which require forming your
people into teams and then collect the results to create a team total.

Objective :
1. To enhance the typing speed as an important skill.
2. To encourage friendly competition and bonding session in teams

Activity:
Mukbang or food review session.

Introduction:
Many local F&B businesses are effected due to pandemic. In order to support their businesses during
the lockdown, each participant will order food through food delivery apps and share it with other
participants virtually.

Objective:
1. To support local F&B businesses during lockdown.
2. To introduce local F&B business who offered mouth-watering dishes and affordable price.
3. To create bonding session through food.

Wednesday 9th June 2021

Name of activity: Gibberish Game


Types of activity:
1. The morning session was conducted via Telegram and all of team member required to open
telegram voice calling. The game were set up by Gibberish game moderator and each of
team member required to respond to the game based on choices shown in Telegram
Gibberish Game Moderator.

Description of activity:
1. Download the word game and start directly with the various levels
2. In each level, you shall find a question which is a gibberish word, try speaking the word to
crack the real word out of it
3. To help the player, there are 2 keys given, that can be used once a player is not able tyo
solve the puzzle.
4. Unlock various levels by answering the questions correctly
5. It will get difficult but fun at the same time.

session were conducted via Telegram application and Whatsapp application respectively where there
was no physical contact among participants.

Name of activity: Communication & Networking Skills


Types of activity:
2. The morning session was conducted via Zoom Cloud Meeting Application where each
participating member need to join the webinar via link provided in LearningXperience web.

Description of activity:
6. Few inputs obtained from the webinar such as how one can overcome nervous attack while
communicating crucial issue at the workplace.
7. Practice makes perfect. Hence regardless of one’s personality (ex: introversion),
communication effeciency can be improved over time with constant practice and good
support.
8. To network with others, always look for the dot that joined us together instead of break so that
one can establish a good rapport.

Friday 18th June 2021

9 am – 11 am

Name of activity: Typing Speed Race

Types of activity :

3. Conducted short briefing to all participating Protégés regarding the activity before the activity
started.
4. Participants are required to take the typing test at typingtest.com and share their result in
Whatsapp group.

Description of activity:

9. All participants are required to complete the typing test in three different modes, easy,
medium and hard in 1 minute. Each group must choose one group member with the highest
marks and share the result in Whatsapp group. The group with the highest cumulative marks
is selected as the winner.
10. The objectives of this activity are to enhance the typing skill as one of the important skill to
participants. Other objective is to encourage friendly competition and bonding session among
team member.

Monday 14th June 2021


9am – 5pm
Assigned to: Syazwina, Shafila, Hafizah and Aimi

Name of activity: Mukbang/Food Review.

Types of activity:
1. The morning session was conducted via WhatsApp. After short introduction and briefing done
by the organising group, participants were instructed to purchase food from any local F&B
businesses through food delivery apps such as FoodPanda, Grab, Pop Meal etc. Due to the
process of ordering and delivering food taking some time, the organizers instructed
participants to have a break and will start again at 12.30pm for a reviewing session.
2. After break, the food reviewing session was continued through WhatsApp application.

Description of activity:
1. To support F&B Businesses during this pandemic, our team had an idea which was each
participants must ordered at least one meal through food delivery apps such as Foodpanda,
Grab Food and others.
2. There were 26 participants during this activity and thus, at least 26 meal was ordered
through food delivery apps.
3. There were variety of meal and each participants need to review their own meal on what
kind of meal? How is it taste? What ingredient they put in the meal and so on.
4. The 'Mukbang' session was started at 12.30pm and each participants will call out next
person to review their meal. The session ended at 5.00pm.

This session was conducted virtually via Zoom application, WhatsApp and Kahoot application
respectively where there was no high risk related to movement activities.

Tuesday 15th June 2021

9 am – 2 pm

Name of activity: Protégé Learning Programme – Foundation Session 2

Description of activity:

1. Introduction of KWSP on its mission and vision – KWSP holds their vision closely to their
heart; “Help members to achieve a better future”. The vision motivates the employees to
serve the members better in assisting their enquiries, provide efficient service, keep up with
trends to understand customers’ wants.
2. The Foundation of KWSP Module Operation – The experts share on the processes of each
product.
3. Introductory of KWSP products and services – In depth explanation on the products and
services in KWSP.

Feedbacks from the participants:

1. “An insightful sharing from the experts in detailed on the company’s products and services.”
2. “I think it is an exceptionally good sharing of products and services knowledge by EPF staffs.
We learned a lot more in detailed compared to what we can found on EPF website, regarding
the products and services. We also gained some knowledge in financial relations. Overall, it’s
an insightful session from EPF.”
3. “An extremely useful knowledge to me as a protégé which I can apply for my future career.
The session was incredibly detailed on EPF’s products, services, regulations, and its
procedures. This information is vital to every EPF staffs as well as Malaysian in
understanding better on our main pension fund.”
4. “It was a good sharing session. Gained lots of knowledge about EPF services and products
with deep explanation. Overall, the session clarifies many questions regarding EPF.”
5. “Many thanks to the experts and the organizer. The sharing given by the speakers couldn’t be
listened anywhere else particularly on the experience part by the EPF’s inspector, MR.
Wahid. Now I understand how tough the work is. The 2 sessions equipped me with a lot more
knowledge and understanding regarding EPF itself also products and services provided in
more detail.”

session were conducted via Zoom Meeting platform where there was no physical contact among
participants and organizer.
CONCLUSION

It is an ardent hope that this program will get full support from all parties and the program for the
whole week participated successfully by all team members. This is necessary to ensure the success
of the program. We look forward to gain fruitful outcomes from this programme and instill the values of
knowing each other, understanding and helping each other. We would like to thank all parties involved
in advance, for their contribution and co-operation in making this program a success.
