Project Manager

Job Overview
Dhwani is looking for a candidate who is passionate about leveraging data
and technology for social good and can manage delivery of multiple
projects. The Project Manager will act as a point of contact with our
partner NGO, CSR and Government clients and the internal tech team at
Dhwani. He/She will be involved in preparation of Log framework design,
Dashboard and reporting framework design, M&E Framework design,
data upload training manual and training, testing,along with other
evolving roles.

Essential Technical Requirements

● Experience in survey or MIS design/overseeing survey
implementation/managing survey teams for Baseline-Midline
assessments, M&E projects, etc.
● Strong research skills (qualitative and quantitative, impact
assessments, report writing, log frame design)
● Experience on working with data in excel for data storage, data
cleaning, data analysis
● Experience in data analysis and dashboarding
● Exposure to different off-the-shelf survey solutions (Google
Forms, Survey Monkey, SurveyCTO, etc.)
● Experience in client coordination
● Experience in working on multiple projects in a fast-paced work
environment

Qualifications of Desired Candidate:

Education
MA in Rural Management/ Public Policy/ Economics/ Social studies/
development studies preferably from IRMA, APU, IIFM, XIMB, TISS,
IIHMR or Fellowship from YIF, Anubhav Lecture Series, India Fellow,
Indian School of Public Policy, Gandhi, Teach for India, Genpact
Fellowship.

Experience
Have worked as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Analyst in any of
the social purpose organizations (NGO, CSR, Government, Think Tank,
Research Organization).
Minimum 2-5years of experience
