PROF T V RAO

Chairman, TVLRS & Former Professor IIM (A)

Dr T V Rao is the Chairman of T V Rao Learning System Pvt Ltd. With over 41 years of extensive work
in the field of HRD, Dr T V Rao is one of the Fathers of HRD in India. Dr Rao and Dr Udai Pareek
introduced the concept of Human Resource Development in India by starting the first HRD in L & T. He
served as a Professor at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad from 1973 to 1994. He has been an
Adjunct Professor since 1994.
Dr. Rao was the L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur from 1983 to 1985. He is the Founder and
First President of the National HRD Network, and the First Honorary Director of the Academy of HRD,
India. He was also a Visiting Faculty at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and was the HRD
Advisor to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). He was also a member of the HRM Review Committee
(Khandelwal Committee) of Public Sector Banks set up by the Ministry of Finance in 2009-2010.

Consulting), Telecom Operations (Green Field Roll Outs, In-Country Mergers & Acquisitions, Revenue
Generation, Customer Retention across CDMA & GSM technologies), Portfolio Management for
Consumer Finance (PLCC, Credit Cards and Insurance) and Fintech. He has been passionately

MR JOBIT GEORGE

Mr. Jobit George is a versatile International Human Resources and Operations Manager in the Areas of
expertise includes Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Shared Services and Global
Mobility. A graduate in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, Kochi,
Kerala, Mr Jobit was previously associated with Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys Technologies and
Larsen & Toubro as HR Expert. He was associated with Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd, London as
Vice President (HR Operations), Europe prior to the present assignment as General Manager (HR) Europe
with Aurobindo Pharma. His passion for his job stems from a desire to create and sustain great
workplaces.

Mr. Gopish Nair is a HR Head at Seguro Group of Companies based in Dubai. Prior to the present
assignment with Seguro Group of Companies, Dubai, Mr. Gopish was associated with Aditya Birla as
Head Talent Acquisition and as Manager, Human Resources at The Karvy Group. Mr Gopish was also
associated with SBI Capital as HR Head for 6 years. He is versatile actor and creative professional and
actively involved in theatre shows.
