To check overall conditions and maturity more than 30%

To match the cooridination for the whole modeling

To check if plot plan was finalized after being commented by Company

Overall check - Unit location, equipment location, main access and escape routes to facilities, major
piping routes on PFD, arrangement around LLI (Long Lead Item), location of main manifolds, space
around equipment for maintenance, platforms for main operation access

Tagged Equipment (Packages)

General arrangement to be shown

Major equpment to be shown

All interface items like connecting pipes, footprint, and supports for structures

The largest item to be removed for maintenance issue.

Tagged Vessels

Access manholes to be modeled

For large vessel, two manholes shall be arranged

Access platform for top nozzles of vessels

No welding for PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) vessel

Tagged Valves

All MOV (Motor Operated Valve), ESDV (Emergency Shut Down Valve) to be modeled

Major control valves to be modeled

Large bore manual valves with gear boxes to be modeled and not to be clashed with others

Escape, Evacuation, and lifesaving equipment

Lifesaving equipment like lifeboats, liferafts, lifebuoys to be modeled as boxes

Muster area to be modeled

Main escape routes to be modeled with volume of PDMS or AM (Aveva Marine) - 1.2m witdth, 2.2m

around equipment, location of fire-fighting equipment, confirm space around equipment for
maintenance, handling equipment (hoist, davit), access platform for operation
To check all the comments from 30% review by Company were incorporated onto the modeling
