General lnstructions: -
l. The Google classrooms shall be created for different branches and the class code will be shared with
the candidates through email/other means.
2' The candidates have to join the relevant Google classrooms with their mail tDs and University
Registration Number.
3. The Attendance Google Form followed by the link to Google Question $lper shall be posted ln the
online classrooms.
4. The students have to compulsory fill the attendance form and then attempt the question paper.
5. The Duration ofthe Exam shall be 50 minutes as per the time schedule/Date sheet notified as above
and an extra 10 minutes shall be given to facilitate the submission of answer paper/responses. The
answer paper response form shall not be accepted after the stipulated time, The candidate shall be
entirely responsible for the timely submission o, his/her response and the University Authority shall
not be responsible for any issue regarding non submission of the same.
6. The question paper will be comprised of 25 Multiple Choice euestions(Mce)/Short Answers Type
Question based fillups/design based option/Selection etc depending upon the course content. The
paper shall be set from the entire syllabus of the course spread evenly both Section A and Section B
/all units. All question shall be compulsory.
7. The students shall type the answers to Short Answer type questions on the Google form itself
(Wherever required). {
8' The students have to submit their responses within the time limit and tsl form shalt stop accepting
responses after the allocated time and no student will be able to submit their response thereafter.
9. The Candidate who have already deposited the Examination Fees for the same should update their
Name, Roll No, Email lD, Branch, College, Course Name, Course Code and phone No on the University
Portal.
10. There shall be no orovision of re-evaluation in the Examination conducted through Online mode by
using Google Forms.
11. Reliability of the internet connection must be ensured by the students on their own. The examination
conducting authority or the University shall not be responsible for the submission problems at the
candidates end due to any issue whatsoever.
