SIGMACOVER 522
Micaceous iron oxide-pigmented epoxy coating
Specifically designed as sealer for zinc-rich and thermal
metal-sprayed surfaces. SIGMACOVER 522 can be used as a
primer and sealer or coating on steel, thermal metal-spray
zinc and galvanizing. It can be used for both atmospheric
and immersion applications.

• Good abrasion and impact resistance
• Resistant to temperatures up to 200°C in dry
atmospheric conditions
SIGMACOVER 280
Universal epoxy primer for steel and non-ferrous materials
As a general-purpose primer for atmospheric and immersion
applications, SIGMACOVER 280 offers excellent adhesion to
non-ferrous substrates and galvanized steel. It is compatible
with most well-designed cathodic protection systems and is
suitable for use on wet blast substrates (wet or dry).

SIGMACOVER 256
Zinc phosphate recoatable epoxy primer
Ideal for atmospheric applications, SIGMACOVER 256 is able
to withstand extreme variations in weather conditions.
It provides excellent corrosion resistance in both industrial
and coastal applications.
• Good adhesion to galvanized steel
• Cold-cure characteristics down to -10°C
with unlimited recoatability
• Easy application by brush, roller and spray
SIGMACOVER 211
Epoxy primer and sealer for concrete
Specifically designed for concrete substrates, SIGMACOVER 211
can be used as either a primer or sealer.

High-solids epoxy

Delivering excellent corrosion resistance in both industrial and

coastal applications, SIGMACOVER 805 can be applied directly
to metal and is compatible with most well-designed cathodic
protection systems.

SIGMACOVER 435
Micaceous iron oxide-pigmented recoatable epoxy coating

With good adhesion to aged alkyds, chlorinated rubber and

epoxy coatings, SIGMACOVER 435 offers unlimited recoatability,
making it ideal for asset maintenance.

SIGMACOVER 480
Epoxy finish with good chemical resistance
SIGMACOVER 480 is a general general-purpose epoxy
providing an excellent chemical resistant finish.

• Extended recoating intervals and a lasting clean finish

Unlimited recoatable epoxy coating
SIGMACOVER 410
Economical epoxy buildcoat for use in atmospheric conditions
Ideal for use in atmospheric land and marine conditions,
SIGMACOVER 410 can be recoated with two-pack and
conventional coatings, even after prolonged weathering
conditions. It is available in micaceous iron oxide and in
a selected colour range.
• Excellentdurability on steel or concrete
• Easyapplication by airless spray
• Low-temperature cure version allows curing down to -5°C

Compatible with a range of aged alkyds, chlorinated rubbers

and epoxy coatings, SIGMACOVER 456 is ideal for asset
maintenance. It has an unlimited topcoating time.

SIGMACOVER 1500
Solvent-free maintenance epoxy
SIGMACOVER 1500 is a surface-tolerant epoxy coating that has
been specially designed to facilitate easy maintenance. It is
compatible with most aged coatings and is ideal for use in
sensitive locations. SIGMACOVER 1500 reduces explosion risk
and fire hazard. It also protects workers and the environment
by minimising solvent exposure during application.

SIGMACOVER 1000
High-build, solvent-free epoxy
SIGMACOVER 1000 is an ultra-high-build coating that provides
up to 1000 microns in just one coat. It provides ultimate
protection in both atmospheric and immersion applications.
• Single-coat protection
• Can be immersed after only 4 hours ambient cure
• Applied by heavy-duty, single-feed airless equipment
SIGMACOVER 640
High-solids epoxy coating
SIGMACOVER 640 is a universal self-priming coating.
It exhibits excellent surface-tolerant characteristics
and is low-VOC. SIGMACOVER 640 is suitable for use in a
wide range of industrial, coastal and offshore applications.
• Self-priming,surface-tolerant epoxy

• Convenient 1:1 mixing ratio by volume

SIGMACOVER 630
High-solids epoxy coating
As a primer and buildcoat compatible with most aged coatings,
SIGMACOVER 630 is a cost-effective protective and maintenance
solution. It delivers excellent corrosion resistance in industrial
and coastal applications.

Two-component, high-build epoxy coating
SIGMACOVER 350 is a surface-tolerant maintenance coating.
It provides excellent impact, abrasion and corrosion resistance,
is fast-curing and is compatible with most aged coatings.

SIGMACOVER 240
High-solids, low-temperature cure epoxy
SIGMACOVER 240 is a two-component, high-solids epoxy
coating; it can be applied directly to metallic surfaces. It dries
quickly at low temperatures and delivers excellent resistance
against seawater, chemically polluted water and crude oil.
• Outstanding seawater and crude oil resistance
• Cold-curecharacteristics down to -20°C
• Good abrasion resistance
• Recoatable up to 6 months
