Fraternal Greetings!

The Fraternal Order of Eagles–Philippine Eagle is the first Philippine Born

Fraternal Socio-Civic Organization in the Country with Forty (42) Regions and One
Thousand Plus (1000+) Clubs Chartered since 1979 nationwide.

The Philippine Eagles began in the ferment of certain segments of the Philippine
service groups in the face of mélange of service ideologies that we have in our
country’s midst. We have the Lions, the Rotarians, the Kiwanis, the Jaycees, et
cetera. These are worldwide foreign civic organizations transported to us. They
are not menaces, as in fact; the Eagles have commonly shared their humanitarian
ideals. In this context, these service groups have a lot to learn from one another
and learning from one another they can place a better value to their service work
and efforts.

The Philippine Eagles has evolve and construct in the Philippine society a new
approach and vision in the quality and scope of humanitarian service which they
shall seek to nationalize for the maximum benefit and human betterment of the
Philippine Society and community.

This coming 8th of November 2020, The Fraternal Order of Eagle (Philippine Eagle)
will charter another region – NCR VII affiliated by the following clubs:

1) Bonifacio Matikas Eagles Club (BMEC)

2) Manila Matikas Eagles Club (MMEC)
3) Manila East Matikas Eagles Club (MEMEC)
4) Manila Matikas Riders I Eagles Club (MMR1EC)
 5) Manila Matikas Riders II Eagles Club (MMR2EC)
6) Manila Matikas Riders III Eagles Club (MMR3EC)
7) Manila Three Links Matikas Eagles Club (MTLMEC)
8) Prince Bonifacio Matikas Eagles Club (PBMEC)
9) City of Sta. Rosa Matikas Eagles Club (CSRMEC)
And will charter the following eight (8) more Clubs, namely;

1) City of Tagaytay Matikas Eagles Club

2) City of Dasmarinas Eagles Club
3) City of Binan Matikas Eagles Club
4) City of San Pedro Eagles Club
5) City of Calamba Eagles Club
6) Metro Lucena Banahaw Matikas Eagles Club
7) Star Bonifaio Matikas Eagles Club
8) Executive Riders Matikas Eagles Club

And the same will form part of Bonifacio Matikas Region NCR VII of the Fraternal
Order of Eagle-Philippine on 8th November 2020 (4:00PM) at Shalom Hotel, Camp
Benjamin, Alfonso, and Cavite.

As one of our country’s esteemed leader in PNP Police whom the province of
Quezon and the entire PNP look up to for guidance and wisdom, we would like very
much for you to be present at our Regional Chartering, Clubs Chartering and
induction of new sets of officers and members including induction of aspirants
from City of Santa Rosa Matikas Eagles Club and Manila Matikas Riders Eagles Club
and to participate therein by giving us message of inspiration. Your thoughts will
surely guide and inspire not only the aspirants from Metro Lucena Banahaw
Matikas Eagles Club but all of us in our pursuit to become an ideal members of The
Fraternal Order of Eagles- Philippines Eagles and continue to serve the Filipino
people.
