MAHUSAYLAW211 REFLECTIVE ESSAY - Module 4
If you really get under it, it's not easy to understand those things. One
such thing is business law or the subject itself of this module 4. It is not an
easy task to understand business. Education and reading about it may
improve your skills, but before you run one of your own, you'll never
understand. Through this kind of course and getting this subject, I gained
such a wonderful experience of running a company ang acquiring
information. As a management accounting undergraduate, it was a trial
ground for me to try every principle of what I studied in my other modules.
My learning has provided me with a driven business approach. The financial
capital that I placed into test if topic in this form. This subject was very
realistic and the amount of money was small, which gave me the confidence
to pursue new ideas, since the possibility was minimal. It was really exciting
to see my classmates create new, creative products to become a platform
for market diversity. In every existing market, a new creative innovation will
make a broad improvement. Businesses are often born with an idea. As a
student specializing in company rules and legislation, the focus was the
cooperative code and financial recovery, which inevitably always interested
me in studying business models and the practical benefit of firms. Despite
the running of my own firm, I was always prompted to work on some
business proposal and do a feasibility report.
The state's stated strategy is to promote the establishment and growth
of cooperatives as a realistic way of fostering self-reliance and harnessing
the strength of citizens to achieve economic development and social justice.
It allows the private sector to pursue the actual establishment and
organization of cooperatives and provides an environment conducive to the
growth and creation of such cooperatives. Each cooperative shall conduct its
affairs in accordance with Filipino culture, good morals and practice, and the
principles of cooperation, including but not limited to, which are widely
agreed. The Government and all its departments, subdivisions, instruments
and agencies, as I know, shall ensure the provision of technical advice,
financial assistance and other resources to allow such cooperatives to grow
into viable and sensitive economic enterprises, thereby establishing a strong
cooperative movement free of any conditions which could prejudice the
autonomy of the organization. A cooperative is an independent and properly
registered group of individuals with a shared bond of interest who, by
making equal contributions to the resources needed, by patronizing their
goods and services and by embracing a reasonable shake of the costs and
rewards of the company, have voluntarily joined forces to fulfill their social,
economic, and cultural needs and aspirations.
A group of debtors will jointly file a recovery petition if one or more of its
members anticipate the impossibility of debts when they are due and the
financial position of the other member of a group is likely to be affected. The
financial well-being and variability of an insolvent debtor may be recovered
by different means, including but not limited to debt equity forgiveness and
debt rescheduling. The corporation is a continuing problem for the creation
of a new corporate agency. Its binds the whole, jurisdiction over all persons
affected by the proceedings shall be considered as acquired upon publication
of the notice of the commencement of the circulation in the our country
Philippines.
Each business law would grant us the obligations, rights and privileges
of cooperatives to make an equal donation from a corporation that needs to
pay for a company's transactions. The decision to appeal will be accepted by
the membership and each member has the responsibility to contribute to the
distribution of their resources.
