The Hiperama team has developed an issue tree to help them determine the best organizational structure for the Quality
Assurance O ce, while meeting Anna's implementation requirements.

They are now developing a work plan to coordinate their e orts over the next few weeks. They have developed a hypothesis for
one of their terminal, prioritized issues:

Issue: What's the best model for standardizing processes?

Hypothesis: The centralized model is the best model to ensure standardization of processes because it's most e ective for
setting common standards, remaining free from con icts of interest, and ensuring ow of best practices.
