A.     Look for businesses for each form of Business Organizations. Include a brief history of how they were
formed and what is their current status (Local or International, can also be within your community)

1. Sole Proprietorship

The most famous Teuta Matoshi line,that sells dress themed like a fairy tale or a whimsical and high end
gowns is one example of a sole proprietorship. It is owned by Teuta Matoshi itself a fashion designer that
origins from Kosovo, she built her own brand and created her own name in the fashion industry. At a young
age Teuta Matoshi was fond of making her own dresses as where she would wear it to school, since she came
from a family of 9 children, she soon started her own business at a young age and proceeds to fulfill her drams
in owning her own boutique selling her handmade designs. She launched her line in 2007, specializing in high
quality, unique coats, and as of today she is well known to be specializing in the whimsically feminine gowns
and dresses that utilizes handmade skills such as embroidery and embellishments. The Teuta Matoshi clothes
price ranges from a pair of mini skirt set that cost $140, 00.00 USD up to the high end luxurious wedding
gowns of $2,990.00USD. Despite all of that Teuta Matoshi never forgot where she came from and the reason
why she supports and give women at a young age in her local Pristina, Kosovo a job and mentoring them and
helped with the high unemployment rate for women, she made it her mission to hire as many as possible
woman at her company. She is now currently has an atelier in New York City where she sells her gowns with
her sister, Lirika Matoshi, who is also a designer.

2. Partnership
Belift Lab (빌리프랩, also known as BE:LIFT and previously BELIF+) is a South Korean media company. It
was founded as a joint venture between Big Hit Entertainment (currently known as HYBE) and CJ ENM and
has launched groups like ENHYPEN. The CJ ENM is a global multiconvergent content commerce firm that
has 16 channels. They are known as the leader in globalizing K-pop, hosting MAMA, one of Asia's most
prestigious music awards, and KCON that amassed more than 823 thousand aggregate viewers. While HYBE
is a corporation established by Bang Shi Hyuk that was known previously as the BIG HIT Company that
debuted the world class performers BTS that leads the KPOP industry to be well known for other countries.
Strives to become world's best music-based entertainment lifestyle platform company. This two big companies
are now partnership in debuting the 4 th generation artists namely ENHYPEN, which debuted in November
2020,

3. Corporation
Microsoft Corporation, pioneering manufacturer of personal-computer software programs and
applications. The group also publishes books and digital titles, manufactures its own line of hybrid tablet
computers, provides e-mail services, and sells electronic gaming consoles and computer peripherals
(input/output devices). It has distribution branches all over the globe. Bill Gates and Paul Allen, childhood
friends, founded Microsoft, a company that produces computer applications, on April 4, 1975, at a period
when most Americans used typewriters. Microsoft moved from Albuquerque, New Mexico, to
Washington State in 1979, and has since grown into a large international technology company. Microsoft
reached its highest ranking ever on the Fortune 500, up five spots from last year, and churned out $39
billion in profits to boot. In Microsoft’s fiscal 2019, overall sales soared 14% year-over-year, to $125.8
billion (Microsoft, 2021)

4. Cooperative

Market Co-operative Kobe (Japanese: コ ー プ こ う べ ), also known as Co-op Kobe, is a consumer

cooperative located in Kobe, Japan. Toyohiko Kagawa founded it in 1921, and it later merged with Nada
Consumer Co-operative. It is also the world's biggest consumer cooperative, with over 1.2 million
members. In the field of retail distribution in Japan, cooperatives play a significant role. The gross
turnover of Japanese commodity cooperatives was $22 billion in the fiscal year ended March 2007. As a
result, consumer cooperatives are Japan's third-largest overall retailer.

B.     In your own words, if you were to put up a business, what form of Business Organization will you
choose and why?
If I were to put up a business organization I would choose the sole proprietorship since I know myself I am a
control freak when it comes to making decisions. One thing that I like about the sole proprietorship is that you
can customize and make decisions accordingly on how will you make up your business, you have the freedom
to be in your own style. Just like Teuta Matoshi, she had her dream of owning a boutique at a young age and
started her business as a young entrepreneur building her empire in her own hands. I would also like to possess
that but in my own way as a Pâtisserie someday, owning my own shop with the ability to express my
creativity and imagination to be put through into reality that will be reflected with my pastry creations.
Another thing is that I also like is that is I can have my own schedule to meet and restrictions of what should
be done on how a certain stereotyped company works, It may sound very risky in choosing a sole
proprietorship as it also has its consequences or disadvantages but for I know is that this type of business
organization is well suited with my ability that I can work on forward.
