Some economic and social condition that precipitates the labour riots are:

Social unrest  
Their working and living condition
Hunger strikes
Racism / arrogant racist attitude.
Low Wages
And cost of living.
Labour strikes/ Labour rebellion:-this type of strike stop their work to enforce economic
demands

rights to be a member of any trade union or not to be a member of any trade union or other
organization.

exercising their rights. Joining a the trade union will deal with your matter, the union will reach
out to the employer first to settle the matter if they do not come to an agreement the union will
report the matter to the once the union is dealing with your matter, we will contact the employer,
either by phone or letter or both, to try and arrange a meeting to settle the matter Minister of
Labour, if the matter is not settle there it will be reported to the industrial court.
