each week Candidates need to have their Site Supervisor sign (electronically or physically) their weekly hours. The
information will be transferred from the weekly logs to this Summary page automatically, and at the end of the hours
accumilated at this site, the summary page needs to be signed (electronically or physically) by the Site Supervisor,
University Supervisor, and the Candidate, verifyinig that these hours accurately represent the Candidate's work at the
site listed on these logs. After the Candidate accrues their first 300 hours at their site(s), they can register for CSPU
621. (As a reminder, by the end of fieldwork, all Candidates will have at least two seperate logs, with a minimum of
200 hours at two seperate levels.)
