PROPER CARE AND

MAINTENANCE
1. Avoid using the machine during brown-
out.
2. Avoid using the hand/balance wheel as
much as possible.
3. Check -up all the parts of the machine
before using.
4. Clean the machine before and after using.
5. Put on the light to make sure if there is no
break out.
6. After switching on the current warm-up
the machine for 2-5 minutes before using.
7. Taken off the foot at the threadle while
threading/off the current.
8. In case of rotating the machine without
sewing. Keep the presser foot raised by
means of presser for lifter.
9. Check the condition of oil lubrication
through the oil control/check window.
10.There should be a periodic cleaning,
removing the throat plate and cleaning the
feed dog.

SAFETY
PRACTICES
1. Avoid using/wearing of dresses
with long sleeves.
2. Avoid putting scissors and
materials on the table.
3. Long hair should be brushed-up.
4. If possible use rubber slipper or
shoes.
5. Avoid wet feet.
6. When plugging on and off, never
hold the wire.
7. Check the male plug before
using.
8. Before making adjustment,
switch off the power/source first.

HOW TO OPERATE THE


MACHINE
1. Learn how to sit properly, sit in front
of the needle.
2. Sit well back in your chair and bend
body from the hips.
3. Put right foot properly on the treadle,
never take off your foot on the
treadle.
4. Do not operate the machine without
any materials.
5. Raise the presser foot, place fabric
under it when it is ready to operate.
6. Switch “on” the current to enter the
machine, let the needle touch the
materials.
7. Step on the clutch/treadle to start the
machine.
8. Stop the machine by pressing heat to
break.

STITCHING WITH THE


MACHINE

Before you start to stitch;

1. Be sure the bobbin thread


and the spool thread are
between the ties of the
presser foot.
2. Make sure the thread take
up lever is at its highest
position.
3. Place he materials under the
presser foot.
4. Do not pull or push the
materials while sewing.

1. Put the spool thread on the spool


pin.
2. Thread guide on the thread stand.
3. Pre tension assembly
4. 3 holes of thread guide.
5. Thread guide in the body and arm.
6. Upper tension regulator.
7. Take up spring.
8. Clip thread guide.
9. Take up lever.
10. Thread guide in the face plate.
11. Thread guide in needle bar.
12. Hole in needle bar.
