SCOPE OF WORKS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

Under these specifications, together with the plans, the contractor shall supply all labor,
materials, tools and equipment, and perform all necessary works to complete the Rooftop
Waterproofing and Installation of Drop ceiling at LCC Pio Duran Branch. All works shall
include, but shall not be limited to the following:

I. General Requirements

1.1. Mobilization, Temporary Facilities, Demobilization

1.2. Tools & Equipment

II. Waterproofing of Roof Deck / Firewall

2.1. Preparation of surface area: clean, dry and free from dirt and loose particles before
application of waterproofing materials

2.2. Application of waterproofing materials

III. Roofing / Ceiling Works

3.1. Removal/dismantling of drop ceiling and ceiling grid

3.2. Installation of new drop ceiling and ceiling grid

IV. Walls

4.1. Preparation of construction area

4.2. Removal of old paint from wall / firewall

4.3. Repainting of the walls inside and out with visible watermarks and
serious water damage

V. Electrical

5.1 Preparation and detection of extensive electrical issues.

5.2 Replacement of electrical wirings, circuits that inhibits operation of

Electrical sockets and light switches
