 Responsible for all marketing and promotional activities and Business Development
 Should be able to manage and run a profit centre single handedly
 Responsible for the achievement of daily, weekly or monthly sales targets for the respective centers assigned to them
 Responsible to convince students and their parents and be able to generate the interest towards education opportunities offered by PRATHAM.
 Responsible for calling prospective students and follow ups on daily basis.
 Responsible for counseling line up for the week on daily basis.
 For male candidates, home counselling will also be there
 Compiling and Analyzing Market information/Competitor Activities so as to develop future strategies for the Company
