1 [PDM-810MRT low-voltage Motor Protected Controller introduction]

◆ Standard RS-485 communication interface and standard ModBus RTU protocol (8 data bits/1 stop bit
/without odd-parity checking), the communication address (1-247) and the baud rate (1200, 2400, 4800,
9600, 19200bps) all can be setup. The whole signal measurement data and meter parameters can be read
out by RS-485 communication interface. The longest communication distance will reach to 1.2 km.
There are 128 sets of PDM series meters can be connected on a twisted-pair wire at most: Giao diện

3 [Typical connection] Quy chuẩn đấu nối

Instruction: in this mode, it can set protected functions as: ( chức năng bảo vệ) locked-rotor, loss of phase, unbalance,
definite/inverse-time overload, ground, and etc (Bảo vệ kẹt rô to, mất pha, lệch pha, định vị / không định vị thời
gian quá tải ,chạm đất và etc) . The motor’s start & stop is controlled by the locale button or other equipments.
Relay Q1 of PDM-810MRT realizes the protected function by making normal close contact concatenating in the
control circuit ( Khi khởi động hoặc dừng động cơ bằng cách bấm tại chỗ hoặc thiết bị khác relay Q1 của PDM-
810MRT sẽ thực hiện tính năng bảo vệ bằng cách đóng contact gắn trên mạch điều khiển) . When protection
operation outputs, Q1 turns close to open, Q2 turns open to close, and Q3 turns open to close, direct controls the
coil of contactor CJ1 to lose electricity and realizes protected function (khi bảo vệ vận hành số lần đóng cắt Q1,
số lần đóng cắt Q2 và số lần đóng cắt Q3 ,hướng điều khiển của của contact CJ1 sẽ mất điện và thực hiện tính
năng bảo vệ). After setting time of protection operation delay output, automatic resets (Q1 close, Q2 open and
Q3 open).(Sau thời gian thiết lập đầu ra của relay bảo vệ vận hành, tự động resets đóng Q1,mở Q2 và mở Q3).
4 [Display and keyboard operation] phím vận hành và hiển thị

“Menu” key: In measure status, use to switch windows to show amp and time; in the parameter setting
status, use to switch parameter groups == menu function.Trạng thái đo, sử dụng nút công tắc
trên cửa sổ windows để hiển thị dòng điện và thời gian, trạng thái thiết lập tham số, sử dụng
nhóm nút bấm bằng menu chúc năng.

“▲” key: In measure status, use to switch display present time and the last 4 action causes and times at the
time window: trạng thái đo, sử dụng nút hiển thị thời gian hiện tại và 4 đóng tác tức thời và thời
gian trên windows.
In parameter setting status, use to modify numerical value in: trạng thái thiết lập tham số, sử
dụng giá trị bằng số để thay đổi. The numerical value will increase 1 by pressing the key each
time: muốn giá trị số tăng lên 1 bằng cách bấm key một thời gian . It circulates from 0 when the
numerical value reach 9 = = additaion function: giá trị bằng số dịch chuyển từ 0 đến 9 là vòng
tuần hoàn.
“ ” key: Use to confirm the modificative parameter, and long press the key to enter into setting
status = = Enter function; phím “ ” sử dụng để sác nhận tham số được thay đổi, và ấn lâu
để thiết lập trạng thái == chức năng sác nhận.
In the normal measure status, press “Menu” key to choose amp and present time: trạng thái đo
bình thường- ấn khoá menu để lựa chọn dòng điện và thời gian hiện tại.

The meter has password protect function when entering into parameter setting status
nạp password bảo vệ chức năng khi vào trạng thái thiết lập tham số. Before entering into
parameter setting status, must input password: bắt buộc phải nạp password trước khi vào
trạng thái thiết lập tham số . The correct password is “chuẩn là “5555”: nếu không vào được
trạng thái thiêt tham số . The concrete method as follows hãy theo các bước sau:
1.Long press “enter)key for 6 seconds ấn “enter” nhấn enter lâu hơn 6 giây . When upper display is
“PASS” and lower display is “0 - - -”, enter into the password input process. Release “enter”
key: khi bên trên hiển thị “PASS” và bên dưới hiển thị “0 - - -”, để sác nhận pass thì nhả
“enter” key;
2. Press “▲” key once, and the first digit number of lower display increases 1, circulates from 0 to
9: Bấm “▲” key một lần ,thì giá trị số đầu tiên của hàng hiển thị dưới tăng lên 1, tuần hoàn từ 0
tới 9 . For example, press 5 times and show “, stop. ví dụ: ấn 5 lần, dừng
3. Press “enter” key to move the cursor to the next digit, the display is “5 0 - -”. Then press “ ▲” key
to modify the numerical value. ấn “enter” key để dịch chuyển con trỏ tới số kế tiếp, sẽ hiển thị “5
0 - -”. ấn “▲” key để điều chỉnh giá trị số .Press “enter” key once, and the cursor moves to the
next digit once: ấn “enter” key một lần, để dịch chuyển con trỏ tới số kế tiếp .
4. When lower display is “, press “enter” key, then pass the password verification, and enter into
parameter group setting status. Khi bên dưới hiển thị “, thì ấn “enter” key, kiểm tra pass và xác
nhận nhóm tham số cài đặt . Upper display is “ADDE”; the numerical value of lower display is
meter’s communication address: khi bên trên hiển thị “ADDE”; giá trị bên dưới hiển thị địa chỉ
truyền thông.
After entering the setting status of the parameter groups, upper display is the marks of each
parameter group, middle and lower display are the parameter value of the meter: sau khi sác nhận
trạng thái thiết lập của nhóm tham số, bên trên hiển thị ký hiệu của nhóm tham số, bên dưới hiển thị
giá trị của tham số đo được.
