 Implementing Safety incentive program in entire project and awarding prizes for the selected employees on monthly basis.
 Investigating all accidents, incidents, and forward detail investigation report to the top management with the recommendation
to prevent recurrence of the same type of accident.
 Maintaining statistics of HSE performance and forwarding to the management on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

management with the recommendation to rectify the observation.
