Dear Toby,

How are you? I’ve got a new skateboard. It was a present from my dad. The
skateboard is big and it’s black and white. My sister’s skateboard is red and blue. I
love my skateboard!

Our garden is very small so I can’t ride it in the garden. On sunny days, I go to the
park with my brother. He rides his skateboard really well and he is teaching me.
Today it’s raining and cold, so we are staying at home. We want to watch a film about
skateboarders.
I hope you can come and see me on Saturday.

Last Wednesday was the last day of school. Wendy gave her friend Tanya a pretty blue bracelet.

She gave her teacher a box of chocolates. In the morning, Wendy made a video of her friends

on her phone. She also took a lot of photos. After lunch, the teacher played the piano and the

children sang songs. Wendy walked home with Tanya. Tanya stayed at Wendy’s house for

dinner. Wendy’s mum and dad had fish and chips with salad and the girls ate pizza. At 8.00 pm,
