For most correspondences, we will reply within 14 working


days. For general enquiries, our reply will be faster and we
will get back to you within 3 to 5 working days. For case-
specific enquiries and appeals, we may need more time to
assess your request and circumstances, and we seek your
understanding if we take longer to respond. If you are
sending us an email, please keep your attachments

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you
have any enquiries regarding application
procedures, eligibility conditions, and
tenancy matters under the Public Rental
Scheme. If you are looking for other lease #
services such as renting out of flats/ rooms
of HDB purchased flats, please contact your
managing HDB Branch under ‘Branch service
and contact information’.

Maintenance-related
requests for common areas
Town Councils are responsible for controlling,
managing, maintaining, and improving the common
property of HDB residential flats and commercial
property within the Town.

For management and maintenance of the common


areas outside your flat such as corridor lighting defects,
staircase, and void decks, you can call:
