Activity 3B
Fitness is the thing which is important in order to do the regular things and even for a
sport . If you are fit you can also participate in the development of the community this is because
a fitness means the assurance of the health so if you are a fit person the working for the
community and also for the social working for good would become a easy task to do . Also the
education become easy as you are the good in your health also.
Also, Sport and recreation is not about winning, it's about helping build stronger,
healthier, happier, and safer communities. The Department advocates and supports projects to
strengthen communities through sport and recreation. Communities that participate in sport and
recreation develop strong social bonds, are safer places and the people who live in them are
generally healthier and happier than places where physical activity isn’t a priority. Sport and
recreation builds stronger, healthier, happier and safer communities.
Accordingly, If we are fit, we can serve our community.  We can also propaganda about
our fitness institute and about our fitness regime.  One can participate by enrolling ourselves in
an organization which is doing social service. We can ask our fitness center to donate the used
fitness equipment after properly servicing and we can promote fitness to those people.
Closure/Reflection
Fitness and community are two different words but when they have a similarity that have
a huge impact to us.
