3. Guidelines and Procedure on submission of Business Plan papers and Actual Oral Presentation:

 Submission of Business Plan paper and Score sheet (soft copy/ PDF file) is until June 21, 2021
through their mentors. The mentor will be the one to send it to the panelists until June 21, 2021
also.
Note: No prototype is required.

 Online presentation may be done through Google Meet. Group Leaders is tasked to create
the google link for their presentation, and submit to their mentor. The mentors will then
send the link to the respective panelists.

 Groups will be allowed for maximum 20 minutes (or less) for presentation. Standard content of
PPT will be used. Q&A will follow after the presentation and will be moderated by the assigned
Chair. Panel members will deliberate for the oral defense grade. Subsequently, the Chair will
announce if the group passed or failed right after the deliberation.

 Wear at least a decent attire or preferably business attire/ school uniform. Upon logging in, open
the camera, stay muted and unmute only if it is necessary or the panelists instructed to do so.

 The panel members and the student shall try to secure stable internet connection to ensure
clear presentation and deliberation during the presentation.

 If technical problems relative to internet connection occur during the presentation and
prevent the panel from deliberating on their decision, the mentor may cancel the
presentation. In this case, a new schedule for the presentation may be set at the soonest
time possible.

 The recording of the online oral presentation is recommended to document the

deliberation of the panel as basis for its decision. The recording shall serve for
documentation purposes and need not be kept by the mentor.
