To me finance was used to be a tough subject to understand but you make me realize that it is
finance not rocket science. Now for me “Principles of Finance” is one of the best courses and
that is because you made it much easier and interesting. You are very lively that is why I never
felt monotonous in the class. The best feature about you is that you are very punctual. You
always used to come on time which made us punctual as well. I really liked how you used a lot
of examples so that the topics were easily understood. These examples helped me to remember
things easily. Some funny examples like KATAPPA shoes make the topics more interesting to
me. You introduced new methods to learn the topics. Such as timeline for time value of money.
You encouraged us to participate by inviting question. You always appreciate new question or
comments. And “Thank you for your question” is one of the best part that I learnt. Your
question pattern is very standard. You were always well organized and prepared. Like you used
to give the handout on time. You took all the examinations on time and you also gave the result
on time. You took review class whenever it was necessary and when we wanted. You also gave
personal assistance after class time. You made us to feel free to go to you for any academic or
other problems. Sometimes it happened that you covered too much topics in one class that in the
end I messed up everything as overload stressed me up. As I said finance was tough to me now
it’s most interesting because now I can understand how the organization is maintaining the
financial conditions. The topic was very interesting such as, Bond, Time value of money,
Payback Period, Net Present value and Ratio Analysis. So, these learnings now help me to make
proper decision in any financial issues. As a student of business background the knowledge of
finance would help us to analyses the financial condition of any firm.

Overall you are one of the best teachers to me. You have high teaching skills. Hopefully the next
fiancé course would be more delightful.
