    Please reset as follow：

    1.Click this file

    2.Install the file


    3..Click the “next” button it will show the ip address of the camera.

    Back Next

    4.Double click this ip address of your camera.

    5.Click “Reset” then click “Restore Password”

    6.it will show the successful and click ok,reset is finished.
