Working on nights is not a big deal even I can overtime without any complaints but I need weekends to join my family as family also comes first for me.

Working in nights and weekends it is not much more easy sir/madam.But if my company need to do that means surely i will be there. Because as my goal i want to improve myself as well
as organizational goal also.So i dont have mind to split the need is for company alone.

Working at nights and weekends signifies that the 'PLAN' has gone wrong or it was poor. No manager plans a deliverable such that his employees has to work overtimes. As an employee
I will work day and night to complete the task at hand, but will also emphasize on lessons learnt. I will work with my supervisor and peers such that working on nights or weekends
becomes an exception rather than a rule.

Sir as you know no one like work too much. I am fresher, I have no job experience but I have educational experience during my examinations and projects if I am not able to complete my
work within time then I worked day, nights and weekends to complete my work within specified time.
So I don't have any issues working in nights and weekends.
I am always present for organization whenever organizations needs me.

It is good it depends on priority and what kinds of job I am doing if people who are working in 24*7 work environment they always ready to adopt any kind of situation.
But the people who are working continuously night shift they cannot do job for a long time. They can do job occasionally night shift because we can do work long time against nature.
