    Accomplishment Report

    Due to change of Administration, new set of School Planning Team was organized. (See attached
    new set of officers)
    The Elected Officials agreed in the continuation of School Improvement Plan 2018-2019 to be
    implemented.
    The meeting was called by the School Head, Angelita E. Baral, to present the status of activities as
    written in the SIP 2016-2019. It was participated by the faculty and staff, SSG President, PTA President
    and Barangay Captain.
