I Balwinder singh son of Ranjit singh, aged about 57 years, residing at 1/102 Street No. 1 , Gill
Nagar Link Road Mullanpur do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:

1) I state that I have approached your EQUITAS SMALL FINANCE BANK LIMITED
Branch ,with a request

to extend loan to the tune of Rs 1450000/- ( Forteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only ) against my
property morefully described under Schedule A.

2) I further state that the said property was purchased by me from Mohinder kaur M/o Baljinder
singh and Lakhvir kaur vide a Deed of Sale dated 01-10-2003 registered as Document No:777

, on the file of the


Sub-Registrar, Mullanpur,Ludhiana .

(¡¡)I further state that the said property was purchased by me from Joginder Singh S/o Ranjit
singh vide a Deed of Sale dated 06-08-1976 registered as Document No:2020-21/104/1/256

(¡¡¡) further state that the said property was purchased by me from Ranjit Singh S/o Kaku singh
and vide a Deed of Sale dated 01-10-2003 registered as Document No:2278

3) I state that the description of the property under the schedule of the said Deed of Sale did not
carry the boundaries.

4) I confirm that the complete and full description including the boundaries in respect of the said
property is as described under Schedule B below.

5) I further confirm that the description of the property as described under Schedules A and B
relates to the same property but Schedule B has been inserted in order to provide complete
details of the said property.

6) I fully agree to the mentioning of the details of the property as mentioned under Schedule B in
the Schedule to the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds, which I confirm is the actual,
full and complete description of the property.

7) I state that I have requested you to grant me the loan facility on the basis of the confirmation
and declaration in relation to my property under this affidavit and further undertake to repay

all the amounts due to you, forthwith, on the receipt of a demand from you, for any reason
whatsoever.

8) In consideration of your having agreed to my request on the basis of my declaration and


undertakings herein, I do hereby agree and undertake to indemnify and keep you, your
successors and assigns indemnified of, from and against all losses, actions, costs,
consequences, damages, charges, expenses, claims and demands which you may incur or
sustain by any reason or on account of your agreeing as above or howsoever in the premises.
