To take external dump we executed quiesce command. While release quiesce status with below command w
message,

>quiesce database all_tag release

>go

Msg 2264, Level 16, State 1

QUIESCE DATABASE HOLD for tag name all_tag has not finished yet

due to this all connection from applicaion increased and database went in to hung state.

We had to restart application and Database to resume the operations.

We already referred to SAP NOTE 2907169 but we havent found any log segment full issue in database erro
Attached the database error log.

It is intermittent issue.
