Introduction
Introduction:
a) Objective :
b) Major function :
c) Performance issues :
The proposed system will give the minute information, as a result the
performance is improved which in turn may be expected to provide
increased profits.
2. Project Estimation :
a) Historical data used:
The historical data has been automated from the manual system.
This project adapts the system for use on a Personal Computer using a
Visual Interface that would be built using ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL
as its database management system.
3. Scheduling :
A WBS diagram expresses the project scope in simple graphic terms. The
diagram starts with a single box or other graphic at the top to represent
the entire project. The project is then divided into main, or disparate,
components, with related activities (or elements) listed under them
b) Task network
c) Gantt charts
The main objective of a Gantt chart is to assess how long a project
should take and to establish the order in which tasks need to be carried
out by the ending of the project.
or
The tasks of a project can be quite complex and dependent on each other.

updated version of the SRS shall be released and circulated to the members.
8. Miscellaneous plan
a) Project tailoring
This section discusses quality assurance’s role in the reviews and audits
that will be conducted during the lifecycle of the project to ensure the
quality, consistency, comprehension, and completeness of the project
documentation and activities.
