1. In reference to DepEd Order no. 025 s. 2020 entitled “National Adoption and
Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for Supervisors” and with the
relentless desire to help our school leaders to elevate their performance levels which
leads to enhanced learning outcomes among our learners, this office directs the use of
the new IS tool and forms that better suit the demands of this new normal in terms of
IS provision.

2. Instructional Supervision Monitoring and Evaluation Tool and other IS forms

can be downloaded from https://bit.ly/ISTOOLS.

3. There shall be an orientation of school heads of the ISME tool on November 9-

13, 2020 by the Public Schools District Supervisors of each sub office prior to the
conduct of instructional supervision.

4. It is expected that accomplished IS Plan, IS Progress Monitoring Form and

ISME Report shall be submitted every end of the month to the provided Google Drive
link.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
