Why warmup exercise is important

Warming up prevents injuries by loosening your joints, and improving blood flow to


your muscles — making your muscles less likely to rip, tear, or twist in a harmful way during your
workout. Stretching also helps prepare your muscles for the physical activities you're about to perform.

What are the benefits of warmup exercises?

A good warm up is essential to limit your chances of injury. ... Warming up helps the body to deliver
oxygen to the exercising muscle groups. Warming up increases body temperature, which reduces the
chance for muscle and tendon injuries. A 5 minutes warm-up increases blood flow to the exercising
muscles.

What is physical Education?

Instruction in the development and care of the body ranging from simple calisthenic
exercises to a course of study providing training in hygiene, gymnastics, and the performance and
management of athletic games.

What is Physical Fitness?


Physical fitness is one's ability to execute daily activities with optimal performance,
endurance, and strength with the management of disease, fatigue, and stress and reduced sedentary
behavior.

V. ACTIVITIES: 1. Create an exercise program for a week about body conditioning suited to a particular
