Load-bearing insulators
and distancer columns
Technical data
Both support sides of the insulators have a female threaded
insert in steel which can be coupled up to the parts involved
using various types of headless screw, while the lower part
contains a hexagonal band for the fixing of the insulator.
A series of insulators suitable for use as supports or distancers
for active electrical parts such as bars used in the construction
of electrical panels. Produced in polyester resin with the
addition of glass fibre, they guarantee high mechanical and
electrical resistance in the course of time. The material used,
of the anti-hygroscopic type with high performance
self-extinguishing power, may on request be supplied in the
anti-acid version, which is particularly suitable when used in
contaminated atmospheres.
They are used where it is necessary to put a washer to
increase the contact surfac, thanks to their prticular insert
Series DPS Series CPS shape, different from series CP-DP, since it stretches out
Distancer and load-bearing Distancer columns of 2mm.
■ colour: RAL-3002 red (on request, and when ordering large
insulators quantities, different colours may be supplied)
■ arc resistance: > 180 s - ASTM D-495
■ material: self-extinguishing, class V-0 (1.6 mm), in line with
the UL-94 regulation
■ operating temperature - 40 °C ÷ + 130 °C
water absorption: < 0.2 % - ASTM D-570
■ tracking resistance: 3 W/min - ASTM D-2302
