In the reference 1st cited, a report was sent to the District Collector, Kakinada
duly reporting that the land in Sy.no.21-13 extent Ac.2.00 cts which is a Bhoodan
land included in the total extent of Ac.169.75 cts was listed in the Prohibited
properties list as Sy.no.21-13 without making sub division and therefore the same
was sub divided notionally by giving notional survey number 21-13A for the
bhoodan land Ac.2.00 cts and seeking necessary directions for rectification of
survey sub division number in the webland and prohibited properties list.

In this regard, in the reference 2 nd cited, the District Collector, Kakinada has
instructed to make proper sub division duly identifying the Bhoodan land
boundaries on ground and to submit proposal for 22A modification.

In view of the above, a draft U.O note to the Divisional Inspector of Survey,
Rajamahendravaram duly instructing him to prepare sub division record for the
Bhoodan land Ac.2.00 cts by conducting on ground survey and a draft letter to the
Tahsildar, Rajamahendravaram Rural mandal to pursue the matter along with the
DIOS, Rajamahendravaram for sub dividing the Bhoodan land in Sy.no.21-13.
