Creative Materials Incorporated hereby certifies that its products are in compliance with the Regulation for
chemicals and their safe use, known as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of
Chemical Substances), with exceptions as noted.
Creative Materials Incorporated fully complies with REACH requirements as they apply to our products. Our
products are used as raw materials and are incorporated into an “article” or articles, as defined by the REACH
regulation and guidance documents. Therefore, we are assured that our products are not being exported as raw
materials. In addition, it is our understanding that our products are “Not Intended to be Released” (as defined by
Regulation 2.1) from these articles. As such, registration of the substances that comprise products is not
required, regardless of the quantity, provided the materials are in fact incorporated into articles as described
above. According to Regulation 2.1, unless the substances are intended to be released from the product or
imported article during normal and reasonable conditions of use, they are exempted from registration.
We recognize that REACH also regulates certain substances in articles even if the substances are not intended
to be released (i.e. so-called substances subject to authorization also known as Substances of Very High
Concern - SVHC). Our products do not contain any of the substances for authorization at greater than 0.1% by
weight (except as noted below). As such, they conform to applicable REACH requirements. We monitor the list
of substances subject to authorization and will notify our customers if our products contain such substances.
