BUSINESS PROPOSAL

Kob’s Purified Drinking Water

Executive Summary
Kob’s Purified Drinking Water has been providing quality and 100% safe purified
drinking water for the people. Our company is one of the best distributor of drinking
water in the city. Because of this, we have decided to expand our business and distribute
100% purified drinking water not just in our city but in the whole Philippines.

Problem
As one of the best distributor of purified drinking water in the city with more than
798,809 people. We need to expand our business and give our service to local market’s
rising demand.

Solution
Our team discussed on many solution regarding in to our plan of business expansion, and the
best way for us is by opening a new branch and that we will be able to provide 100% purified
drinking water with health safety assurance for our customers.

Production Plan
In addition to producing safe, high-quality products, our production system will strive
for service excellence. This will be accomplished by employing current manufacturing
techniques and cutting-edge assembling technologies. As a result, the company will be
able to achieve cheap production costs. We also want to make sure that the suppliers
we work with are devoted and dependable so that we don't disappoint the end user in
terms of product quality or delivery time

Receiving

The great bulk of the company's raw materials are currently sourced from salt water
from the seas However, because we are devoted to fair trade terms and the
development of local businesses, we want to work with malls and groceries stores. We
seek to keep input and manufacturing costs low by utilizing economies of scale.

As a result, we plan to build strong ties with all of our suppliers, resulting in long-term
mutually beneficial business relationships. This will be accomplished by collaborating
closely with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Storing

The company's policy is to ensure that all raw materials are stored in a secure, clean, and
pest-free environment. Stock takes and reconciliations must be done on a regular basis,
at least once a week at first.
Marketing Plan
The company will advertise its product on internet, on billboard and television. We
customize our water bottles for a restricted group of customers, distribute promotional
water bottles at charity events, distribute the bottles as limited-edition freebies, we will
make partnership on a sports team that they’re using our product and u se the water
bottles as freebies on social media. The objective of H20 Industries is to segment the
pure water market by offering specialty goods to specialized industry sectors that are
otherwise underserved by large pure water suppliers. A good example of a Kobe’s
Purified drinking water product is segregating a customer's deionization resin and
regenerating.
