SCAN REPORT

PATIENT NAME: HIRDYESH KUMAR AREA AND TYPE OF STUDY : Date: 2703/2021
Full Maxilla Implant Study
AGE/GENDER: 67YRS/M
Exposure Parameters:120
Referred By: DR. PRIYA VERMA Resolution : 150microns KV , 6.30ma

Axial, sagittal and coronal sections were obtained, and lateral sections along the arch were made and
assessed to make the following report...

Findings:

Canals traced:
Posterior superior alveolar canal in the right and left posterior maxilla in the lateral walls
of maxillary sinuses parallel to the floor. Nasopalatine canal in the anterior region towards
the palatal aspect of 11, 21 region.

➢ 16,23,24,26 missing
➢ Present teeth are periodontally involved and show bone loss..
➢ Root canal treated irt.15,14,11
➢ Root stump irt 18, 17.
➢ Deeply placed vertically impacted 28
➢ Fixed prosthetics irt 15 to 11.
DIMENSIONS OF BONE FROM 17 TO 27 REGION

➢ Slice number 10 to 28 distomesially represents right molar region,

➢ Slice number 29 to 40 distomesially represents right premolar region,
➢ Slice number 41 to 74 distomesially/ mesiodistally represents anterior (canine to canine) region,
➢ Slice number 75 to 87 mesiodistally represents left premolar region,
➢ Slice number 88 to 109 mesiodistally represents left molar region.
