Logout From Avaya Phone & Change Station ID: 1. You Must Make Sure That Both Headset and Speaker Button Are NOT Pressed !
1. You must make sure that both headset and speaker button are NOT pressed !
2. Press “A” then using the arrows go down to “Log Out”
4. After the phone has logged in with the new station ID you will open the “Avaya One-X Agent”
5. Insert “Username” & “Password” then click OK
6. A new window will open where you will click on “Change Login Settings”
7. The bellow window will open and in the “Telephony” tab you can setup the new extension and password
