    To log out of an Avaya phone and change the station ID, press the "A" button and use the arrows to select "Log Out". Enter the new station ID and password provided. Open the Avaya One-X Agent and insert the username and password, clicking OK. A window will open to click "Change Login Settings" where the new extension and password can be set up in the "Telephony" tab.

    Logout from Avaya Phone & Change Station ID

    1. You must make sure that both headset and speaker button are NOT pressed !
    2. Press “A” then using the arrows go down to “Log Out”

    3. Enter the new provided Station ID with the new Password.

    4. After the phone has logged in with the new station ID you will open the “Avaya One-X Agent”
    5. Insert “Username” & “Password” then click OK

    6. A new window will open where you will click on “Change Login Settings”
    7. The bellow window will open and in the “Telephony” tab you can setup the new extension and password
