Service Desk Analyst with English

Ideal candidate:

 Good command of English (written & spoken) ;


 Passionate about technology and gadgets;
 Strong customer orientation skills;
 Motivated to learn, analytical and hardworking;
 Available to work full-time or part-time during business hours, in shifts, between 09:00 and 21:00,
Monday to Friday.

Main duties:
 Use existing knowledge base and your problem solving skills for the initial diagnostics of the
technical incidents, via phone or email
 Put knowledge and training to work in resolving as many incidents as possible on initial contact;
 Prove attention to details in recording and classifying all incoming technical incidents;
 Escalate and timely hand off to other resolving teams the incidents where no knowledge or
solution was found;
 Be part of the team and help your folks meet the service performance indicators;
 Make our customers and users have a great day after talking to you;

Customer Operations Assistant with English

Ideal candidate

 Good command of English (written & spoken);


 Strong customer orientation skills;
 Motivated to learn, analytical and hardworking;
 Available to work full-time or part-time during business hours, in shifts, between 09:00 and 21:00,
Monday to Friday.

Main responsibilities:
 Solve customer requests received by e-mail, telephone or customer specific software applications;
 Assigning field technicians to reported incidents all based on their availability and skills;
 Manage equipment stocks and warranties, including issuing purchase orders and dispatching
equipment to clients;
 Manage and update hardware products catalogues;
 Process quotes and place orders for all the necessary IT parts required in engineer field
interventions;
 Check and manage intra-group or client invoicing.

 Experience in the technical field can be an advantage as well as hardware certifications /
accreditations
 Available to work full-time during business hours, in shifts, between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to
Friday and Saturday – Sunday from 10:00-19:30;

Main responsibilities
 Assess and solve hardware technical issues reported by customer via phone;
 Provide a technical solution for a fault reported by end user;
 Offer guidance and technical advices to field engineers and colleagues in the department;
 Communication with customers to obtain relevant information regarding the reported incident;

Friday and Saturday – Sunday from 10:00-19:30;

Main responsibilities
 Create and manage work schedules for field engineers;
 Interacts with end users in order to facilitate engineer visits;
 Monitors and escalate incidents where deadline is in danger of committing;
 Facilitates communication between end users and company departments;
